WHO WE ARE
We are a student rugby club in The Hague dedicated to creating a team with a welcoming atmosphere for all students regardless of rugby experience. We strive to be as welcoming as possible while still retaining a competitive edge in the Dutch rugby scene.
Our goal is to create a team where friendships are made, championships are won, and good times are had. We always aim to be competitive wherever we go but above all that we sell ourselves as a social club where member enjoyment is placed above all else.
Wondering how we turned a rag-tag bunch of misfits into an all-conquering band of brothers? Our road to glory started with a few mates sitting around a beer crate on a Kingsday afternoon but ended with a group of Hornets siting around a trophy on an afternoon like kings. This is that story.
Come join us!

The boys are looking to pick up where we left off. After the long layoff from rugby the boys are sure to come out all cylinders firing and raring make up for missed glory.
As every proper student rugby club, we also have our own amazing women’s team, The Bees. We welcome every girl, regardless of rugby experience. During practice, we aim to improve our rugby skills, so we can put this into practice during games. Once we leave the field, we love to go out for drinks and see where the evening takes us. Feel free to reach out if you like the sound of this
TRaining and socials
We train every Tuesday from from 20:00 to 22:00 and Friday from 19:00 to 20:30. After every training you’re guaranteed to find a few of the old boys and students chilling in the clubhouse having a few beers.
Every second Friday we also host a social, a gathering of the whole club, for a night of drinking, games and banter that always produces a few stories worth telling and a few worth keeping quiet.
